E-Mail Management Presentation

Presentation to Public Sector Forum

15 February 2007 -- Manchester Sports City Forum

Paul Hamill was invited to present to the delegates of Public Sector Forum on managing e-mails without the use of additional technologies.

In this presentation Paul outlined how organisations can effectively manage e-mail by applying electronic working practices and exploiting existing technologies found on our PCs. He covered how to apply information management and records management of all the businesses information and achieve subject matter folders which include the associated e-mails and other document formats.  The presentation covered how these techniques were developed at Headquarter Land for the British Army and since been applied to local government and recently to Police Information Technology Organisation.
