Focal Point Systems is a business transformation consultancy that provides independent project management and document management expertise to organisations that are investing in change programmes.

Our project management group specialises in the PRINCE 2 methodology to develop business cases, project and stage plans and deliver complex capital projects, such as Enterprise Resource Package (ERP) implementations.

As an truly independent management consultancy, FPS is ideally positioned to manage your 3rd party suppliers and implementation partners.

Our document management and records management group helps to develop, manage, implement and support Information Exploitation strategies that will ensure information compliance and improve company performance through more effective control of and access to information and knowledge assets.

Founded in 1991, FPS has an enviable record of delivering successful programmes ranging from enterprise level business transformation programmes through to small projects addressing more localised opportunities and issues. We operate a virtual office environment to keep our costs to a minimum so that we can offer best value for money services to our clients who include: Dstl, National Police Improvement Agency (NPIA), Police Information Technology Organisation (PITO), Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), Kerrier District Council, Ministry of Defence (MoD), and the Dept of Education (Northern Ireland).
